WHAT IS YOUR COACHING STYLE?
I LOVE to support women through their journey, and seeing them start to embrace an often fraught journey.
I support via Zoom calls, Facebook group lives, WhatsApp message, and am here to be your biggest supporter.
HOW LONG ARE YOUR COACHING CALLS?
My free calls are 15 minutes long.
Paid for support (either ad hoc or via my 3 month support plan) are 40 minutes long and can be via Zoom or WhatsApp call/video
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS DO YOU HAVE?
I am a fully qualified Breastfeeding Peer Supporter, have a BSc (Hons) degree in Health Science, and have qualified as a Mental Health Coach, and Birth Doula.
Most importantly, I have breastfed 7 of my own children.
